Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our customer support through contact us form.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support or we will cancel it unless it has already been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
